Our area is quite narrow, and this fit just fine. Picture in use is on an elongated bowl, comfort height toilet. As shown, the item is adjusted for the narrowest width, and the highest position. It could probably be lowered a couple of inches if needed. Other products did not seem to adjust to this narrow a position, so this product worked very well for us.A sign of being well made is that all parts fit together as expected.
Easy to put together. This works great as my mom had suffered a stroke and has weak legs, this provides help making it easier to transition on and off the toilet.
Needed it for after my hip replacement. It feels sturdy. I actually like the padded seat. It is comfortable & can be cleaned with alcohol or sanitized easily.
I would recommend this.
Perfect design. Sits over our designer toilet that wouldn’t have accommodated a seat that mounted in place of a regular toilet seat.
Also easy to just move aside when others need to access the toilet (stupidly started a bathroom remodel just before surgery and thus had to share one toilet for a couple of weeks post-surgery).

We need this seat when my husband took a fall and broke 7 ribs on one side. This meet our needs while he was healing.
It was easy to put together and is very durable. I also liked that you can raise or lower the legs to adjust the height. The padded seat made it very comfortable for my husband to use. With the hand rails on each side eased the pain he was experiencing when he had to sit on our stool and try to lift himself back up before we bought this. It fit over our stool easily as we purchased the elongated seat. It functioned exactly as we had hoped it would. I would highly recommend this portable toilet seat.
