At Whlicks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
We completely understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If there’s any issue with the product itself — such as a defect, damage, or a mistake on our part — we’ll gladly provide a free return or exchange to make it right.
If you’d like to return an item for personal reasons (for example, it doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected), we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost. We’ll still do our best to make the process as smooth and easy as possible.

⚠️ Please do not reject the package upon delivery. Instead, accept it and contact us if there is an issue. Rejected packages may not be traceable, and we will consider them successfully delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong item (Please email our customer service team immediately).
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. You must provide photographic evidence of the item’s condition.
❗ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may only be sent back to you after shipping fees are paid.
How to Start a Return
Email us at whlicks.service@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
If approved, we will send you the return warehouse address and return instructions.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Important Notes
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs after 30 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted.
If a customer fails to pick up a shipment resulting in it being destroyed or returned, no refund will be issued. If the item is returned to our warehouse, additional fees may apply.
1-Year Parts Replacement
We offer free replacement parts for up to 1 year in the event of product issues or defects. Please contact us by email with proof of purchase and issue details.
