1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 business hours after purchase.
Once your order is processed, it will be safely packaged and shipped out promptly.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Shipping Information
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, or other U.S. logistics services.
Estimated Delivery Time:
USPS / UPS: 3–7 business days
Logistics US: 3–10 business days

If you order a bundle or multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Please allow a few extra days for all items to arrive.
If you haven't received all packages within 7 days, feel free to contact us.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
When the tracking number is available, you’ll receive another email with the tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Order Not Received?
If you haven’t received your package within several days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us with your Order Number, and we will assist you immediately.
