Very light.

The chair is very light and compact for a full service chair. The chair provides a lot of comfort as well as support. The arms fit under a dining table to enable its occupant to get closer for meals. The large wheels help negotiate stairs and thresholds. The wheelchair can also be used as a walker with the handbrakes. This chair is much easier to deal with than larger, heavier chairs. It's also a very safe chair.

Awesome chair

I can't believe how light this chair is. The box felt almost empty, but it's a full size wheelchair! It's extremely easy to get around in as a result and makes transporting it so much easier. It folds very flat too for storage in a car trunk. The footrests lock into place well which is nice because others I've used don't and create hazards when they're flipped partially upward. It has bicycle style brakes in the handles which are great for controlling the wheelchair going down hills and ramps. If you meet the maximum weight restriction, this is one of the best wheelchairs to get!

Great, lightweight wheelchair for lighter people

I broke my foot in several places and unfortunately a shoulder injury left me unable to really use crutches. I still needed to get around so this thing was a lifesaver! For the 8 weeks I used it, it was easy for my husband to transport me and to fold up the chair. I've never used any other chair so I can't discuss how different they are and pros/cons in that aspect. But for me it was great. The only con would be the weight limit. Larger adults would not be able to use this chair but as a petite person (5'4, 160), it worked perfectly.

Fantastic!

This is such a great lightweight wheelchair. It came fully assembled, and I was able to lift it out of the box with just one hand. I'm surprised it even weighs 22 pounds. Without looking at the instructions, I was able to unfold it and quickly move around in it. It really does fold up so compactly, and with the quick release wheels, it should fit anywhere. The padding is thick enough to feel comfortable, but not so thick that it makes folding up the chair complicated. The swing away footrests lock into place securely. Overall, I'm very impressed with this chair!
