FAQs

Is the height adjustable? Will it fit me?

Yes! The handle height is fully adjustable from 30.7" to 38.6", making it suitable for users approximately 5'0" to 6'2" tall.

To ensure comfort, adjust the height so your elbows bend slightly when holding the handles.

How much does it weigh? Is it easy to lift or carry?

The walker weighs only 13 lbs (5.9 kg) — thanks to its carbon fiber frame — making it extremely lightweight and easy to lift into cars, buses, or storage spaces.

Is there a seat included? Can I sit comfortably on it?

Yes! The walker comes with a built-in seat that is 18" wide and 22" high, perfect for short rests during walks.

It also includes a storage bag under the seat, so you can bring your personal items with you.

Are the wheels good for outdoor use?

Definitely. The 8-inch wheels are designed for both indoor and outdoor terrain, offering a smooth, safe ride over sidewalks, tile, and low thresholds.

What is the warranty and return policy?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all structural components and a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.

Your comfort and confidence are our priority.

How does WHLICKS compare to other mobility walkers? What makes it better?

WHLICKS stands out in three key ways: premium materials, thoughtful design, and real-life empathy.

Unlike many standard rollators made from aluminum or steel, WHLICKS uses ultra-lightweight carbon fiber, making it easier to lift, fold, and carry — especially for caregivers or older users.

The 330 lbs load capacity, wide padded seat, and ergonomic adjustable handles offer unmatched comfort and stability, while the compact folding size makes storage and transport effortless.

Most importantly, WHLICKS was created by caregivers — people who understand that mobility isn’t just about movement, but about freedom, dignity, and everyday moments with the people you love. That heart is built into every detail.

Big and sturdy!

I love this walker. I have fibromyalgia so i usually start the day able-bodied and end it barely functional. I wanted to go to a convention but knew after two hours Id be unable to carry on. I bought this rollator to be able to keep going. You can fold it up easily and it rolls well. Its VERY sturdy. The seat is comfortable when you need to sit. I love the extra storage for all of the little things I bought along the way. I love it!

Fits perfectly

I am, 70% of the time, in a wheelchair. I purchased this mainly because it has a drink holder. Ive had other ones in the past and theyve been very flimsy without the ability to put a drink. Well, this is game changer! I put this on the wheelchair yesterday very easily with two Velcro straps. You can adjust it, but it wasnt necessary for mine. I added sunglasses, cell phone, moisturizer Chapstick type products, and I found a travel mug that will fit perfectly. Even with all these items its still was rigid enough to not bow out in the middle if that makes sense. I recommend this product if you need a little extra hand. While wheeling yourself around. It looks like it would work fine on a walker as well, but only ones with a straight bar in front or on the side.

Lightweight walker that was a perfect gift for my mother

I purchased this walker for my mother who recently has gone through knee replacement. She used a cane to walk before surgery and then needed a portable walker that she can put in the back of her vehicle to use on a variety of terrain. I have been really impressed with this walker, mainly due to the built quality to the weight ratio. Many walkers that my mother tried out were made of strong materials, but very bulky. This walker not only is light at 13 lbs, but also looks stylish (I purchased the red color). The height adjustment is very nice and the handles stay in place. As far as assembly, it was rather straight forward as I just looked at the included paper manual as a guide. They even include a small allen wrench hex key to remove and put the screws back on if you don't already have one. After trying it out, we didn't need to adjust the brakes at all - they were simple to use: pull up to to brake temporarily or push down to put the stroller in park position. The front wheels move 360 degrees very smoothly to provide easy rotation of the walker in the direction you wish to travel. The only suggestion for improvement that I have are to include a place to hold a cane. So if the user goes from using a cane, to the walker, then back to the cane.. you would need to figure out how to carry the cane as the front pouch is not big enough. The handles have some nice reflectors, but perhaps add some reflectors to the front would be wise to give cars some caution about a disabled person in a walker approaching. These are fairly minor gripes as overall we've been really pleased with this purchase.

Like it, but.....

I mixed on the stars. I thought it said it had an 18" inch seat, and that is the size on my current rollator. I really like this walker, the sturdiness, etc. The ease of adjusting - just perfect, but I am 6ft person of size and while the height of it is okay, it seems narrower than stated. Would not recommend for a person of size at all - if you want to sit, you will not be able to. I am sad I have to return it so back to searching for one that works.
