This is a nice lightweight shower stool, with the best feature being the swivel seat!

As far as a "2-minute" assembly time, well, maybe 3 minutes...maybe 5...it took me several minutes just to locate the last "grey" screw (actually a bolt with a plastic wing-top for hand assembly), due to the bag with all the hardware opening in transit. The bolts and washers had migrated all over the place in the box...giving me a few good minutes of worry, thinking I was going to have to contact the seller regarding missing hardware. (Actually seemed like a repacked item, possibly a return.) Finally found that last bolt, after shaking the box as a last resort, I found it hiding under a flap of cardboard in the box. I sure was grateful that it was in there!

Assembly is simple once you determine you have all the parts. Make sure to TIGHTEN all bolts, especially those four bolts that secure the legs to the seat. Tighten each as far as you can. It'll seem like they're as tight as they can be. Then sit on the stool for a moment. It'll probably feel wobbly. Then tighten those bolts again. This is important. It's what gives the stool its stability. I was really worried about the stability of this stool, until I tightened those bolts that final time. Once I did that extra tightening, it felt quite stable. I suspect this is something that you'll have to do from time to time, especially if the stool is getting frequent use.

Two design flaws I see:
1) The holes in the aluminum legs that allow you to adjust the height, also let in water from the shower. Now, there are holes at the bottom of those nice rubber feet, so presumably the water will drain out of those holes. But if it does not drain fully, you could be looking at a nasty microbe-growing situation with that water trapped in the legs.

2) The handheld shower head holder is useless, at least for my handheld shower head. I tried it in both directions, and as you can see from my photos, neither direction worked. YMMV, as they say. Could be just my shower head...

I will say that this stool actually FITS in my bathtub, and my tub is pretty narrow! So that's a good thing. Also, the swivel action is very smooth. A 300 lb weight capacity is claimed, and I can't test that claim personally, being a measly 115 lb. It felt more than sturdy enough to hold my weight.

All in all, a nice stool with a swivel seat, and adjustable height. Very handy item to have, and seems like it will hold up in a shower situation, especially if you make sure the water is draining out of the legs!

Easy build, swivels well, 6 heights, lightweight, stable, fits in standard 60” x 30” surround tub

This is a handy little shower chair that nice to have on hand. Here are my observations while testing them out (↑ PROS, ↔ NEUTRAL ↓ CONS):

PROS
↑ It’s a breeze to build; tool free and parts fit together very well.
↑ As listed my scale shows it to be a bit over 4 pounds.
↑ While lightweight, it is listed with a *300-pound capacity.
— *It felt very stable when I sat on it and I am a larger than average sized man (but near the capacity).
↑ The rubble-like leg feet helped the chair be stable (not slide around).
↑ The swivel seat works very well.
↑ Seat **height is easy to adjust; spring loaded bead snaps securely in 6 holes.
— **Floor to top of seat (with pad installed) ranges from about 15 1/4" to 21 1/2" (1 1/4" increments).
↑ 1/8” thick adhesive-backed seat padding helps a bit with comfort.
↑ The widest part of the chair is about 18 5/8”, and fits in my standard 60” x 30” surround tub.

NEUTRAL
↔ NOT a rating deduction: shipping box was perfect, but ***inner product box was pretty banged up.
— ***Seat padding had a pronounced crease in it; not a real issue and I suspect it will eventually go away.

CONS
↓ NONE.

OVERALL, this is a nice little shower chair that is nice to have around. At the time of this review, it was listed at $79.98 US which appeared to be a bit pricey amongst the competition. However, it does a good job with plenty of PROS and no real CONS that I encountered.

Practical and functional

This stool assembles quickly and easily. It is made well and provides a firm and solid seat. You can sit carefully on the stool and then rotate your legs over the tub and safely access the tub. You feel much more confident when you are not worrying about slipping, falling, getting dizzy when you put your head back to wash your hair. It's just a simple, solid, easy to use device and I would recommend.

Perfect for older homes that have smaller tubs

We live in a home that was built in 1958 in the suburbs; the rooms are smaller than most modern homes and that includes bathrooms. We have a tub that has a shower. So you have to step into the tub to get a shower. The tub is rather small and narrow making it difficult to find a shower chair that will fit in the tub. This sturdy, swivel-seat, height-adjustable shower stool is perfect for our tub/shower setting.

The stool was easy to assemble. There is a foam topping that you can stick on top to make the sit more cushy. There are secure pads for the feet and locking mechanisms to keep the chair in solid standing.
