There is absolutely no comparison to her previous shower bench. The swivel seat is amazing, she rolls right up to the bench and transfers easily to the seat, then slides down closer to the faucet handles and swivels around to face the shower head and faucet. We had a little trouble with care staff understanding how the bench worked, they pushed it flush with shower wall and that doesn't work, you must have room to swivel the seat and slide the seat forward. A little training for care staff, they move everything around in her room (it drives me nuts) but a bit of understanding how the bench works and it's perfect. The bench is very stable and supportive, the seat comfortable and material easy to clean. I think we finally have a winner after so many failures. This is truly a game changer for showering with safety.
